Rebekka Magomedova
pianist, repetiteur, language coach
Born in 1979 in Russia, I graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Conservatory in 2002 with a specialization in piano performance and completed an assistant internship as a repetiteur and accompanist in 2004.
From 2013 to 2022, I worked at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory and the Mariinsky Theatre, serving as a repetiteur for the festivals of Ildar Abdrazakov, Teodor Currentzis' Diaghilev Festival, and others (as detailed in my CV).
On March 6, 2022, I relocated from Saint Petersburg to Baku, Azerbaijan, due to the onset of military actions in Ukraine.
Currently, I hold the position of an opera repetiteur and language coach at the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
I am also the author of the Telegram channel "The Floating Opera" and operaclass.net, an online resource, catering to those who are professionally engaged in or simply interested in opera.
